Having a raised yellow gold monogram and two dates of 1613 and 1913 commemorating the Three Hundred Anniversary of The Romanov Dynasty and set with fifty-one rose cut diamonds. The body having two raised silver anchors set with thirty rose-cut diamonds and one raised Imperial Eagle set with one round cabochon ruby surrounded by fifty-four rose-cut diamonds and having a yellow-gold cameo of a young woman set with eight rose-cut diamonds; together with a wood, silk and felt fitted presentation box.
