The raised silver serpent motif set with eighty-six rose cut diamonds mounted on a light blue enamel guilloche field, the frame surrounding the serpent set with sixty-eight rose-cut diamonds within a gilt silver lattice work below a gilt silver and red guilloche enamel ribbon motif set with a rose-cut diamond, the hinged clasp and side handles set with seventy rose-cut diamonds, the hinged lid opens to view a red velvet lined well compartment, the box is mounted on silver bun feet; together with a wood, silk and velvet fitted presentation box.
