INTERNSHIPS

Weschler’s offers internship opportunities throughout the year.  By joining Weschler’s, you are not just gaining valuable experience; you are becoming part of a legacy that values trust and integrity which have been core values since Adam A. Weschler held his first auction in 1890.

Responsibilities

Interns will be asked to undertake a variety of tasks and projects throughout their time at Weschler’s including (but not limited to):
• Assist specialists in cataloguing inventory
• Research on specific works of art, artists, museums, etc.
• Managing libraries
• Working with the sale managers for exhibition set up
• Client service
• Administrative duties
• Specific projects as assigned by manager
• Content creation for social media
• Translation

Eligibility
• Applications are open for undergraduates as well as graduate-level students.
• International students enrolled in a US-based school are eligible to apply for the Internship. International students applying must have a valid CPT/OPT as Weschler’s cannot sponsor Internships

The standard hours are 9am to 4:45pm (Monday to Friday). Part-time hours will need to be discussed, and agreed upon, during the interview process.

Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse travel, housing or other expenses.
