The hinged lid highlighted with dark and light blue enamel centering a silver and gilt silver Romanov Crown set with two round faceted rubies weighing approximately.15 carats and ten old mine and single-cut diamonds weighing approximately.50 carats, each corner of the lid having a raised silver Imperial Eagle set with one round faceted sapphire weighing approximately.10 carats surrounded by twenty-eight single-cut diamonds, opening to view a well compartment, the body highlighted with dark blue enamel; together with a wood, silk and velvet fitted presentation box.
