Having an oval motif with 'A', set with twenty-four rose-cut diamonds, the surrounding frame and crown set with fifty-eight rose-cut diamonds and two round cabochon rubies, flanked by twin Imperial Eagle motifs highlighted with white enamel and set with two round cabochon rubies and the dates 1613 and 1913 commemorating the Three Hundred Anniversary Romanov Dynasty, set with fifty-one rose-cut diamonds, the thumb clasp set with twenty-four rose-cut diamonds opening to view a mirrored well compartment; together with a wood, silk and velvet presentation box.
