American Silver Cream jug and Covered Sugar Bowl Makers Mark of B. T Hare, circa 1830-1850 The cream jug having a bulbous body with a bead and leaf decorated shoulder and an applied acanthus capped and peaked C-scroll handle, continuing to a flared lip with a shell decorated border supported by a foliate decorated standard and raised on a spreading stepped base with a bead and leaf border; the sugar bowl with a domed lid and a reeded foliate finial, the body with two applied loop handles with foliate terminations.
