Keep in mind, property may not be released without receipt of purchase payment. In addition, once you have finalized shipping arrangements you must notify our shipping department to confirm your intentions. No property will be released without your confirmation with our office.

Maryland Sales Tax is computed on the total purchase price, including Buyer's Premium. Weschler's does not invoice through Invaluable or AuctionZip, so winning bidders will receive an email directly from Weschler's with the invoice, as well as payment and shipping instructions. Successful bidders are requested to make total payment for purchases by cash, credit card, wire, PayPal, money order or pre-approved local check within 4 business days of sale.
*Credit Card & PayPal payments are limited only to domestic buyers and to a total invoice amount of $20,000. Credit Card payment must include image of credit card and accompanied by copy of a driver's license or other acceptable photo ID.

Buyer's Premium: A premium equal to twenty-three percent (23%*) on the first $100,000 of the hammer price, 21% on the portion from $101,000 through $500,000, and 19% on that portion of the hammer price exceeding $500,000 will be added thereto and is payable by the purchaser as part of the total purchase price. Applicable Maryland sales tax will also be added to the final total. *The buyer's premium includes an additional 1% premium charged by Invaluable & Auctionzip.
