Credit Card Payment Cont,: After three (3) business days and the failure to pay in full, the Auctioneer reserves the right to charge the Purchaser's credit card on file the entire amount due (including the hammer price, buyer's premium, all applicable taxes and other charges).
Payment:
1. Wilson Auction & Realty Co., Ltd. has put forth every effort in preparing the catalog for this auction to provide accurate descriptions of all items. All property is sold "as-is" "where is" and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the exact condition, authenticity and grade of each item. Printed statements or descriptions by staff are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion. All sales are FINAL and absolutely NO refunds. Unless accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity all items are sold "AS - IS" with NO GUARANTEE.
2. FOR LIVE INTERNET BIDDING: There is a 15% Buyer's Premium added to the bid price to determine the final selling price. This includes a 5% AuctionZip Live fee.
3. To register for on line bidding you will need to be pre-approved by Wilson Auction & Realty. To be pre-approved you will need to have a valid Credit Card, email address and mailing address.
4. Transfer of ownership shall occur at the fall of the hammer. Online buyers will have their credit card billed at the conclusion of the auction for their total bid price, buyer's premium and shipping cost. A paid invoice will be sent within two business days of the close of the Auction. Items will be shipped within five days upon receipt of paid invoice. To avoid any late penalties all invoices must be settle by the end of business on the fifth business day after the conclusion of the Auction. Any unpaid invoices after that fifth business day will assessed a $25.00 later fee.
5. Cost of packing and shipping are the responsibility of the buyer. We will combine lots to keep your shipping cost as affordable as possible. Local Shipper's shipping and handling charges will be paid directly to the Local Shipper.
6. On-line auctions move quickly! If you are interested in an item, bid quickly. The auction company shall not be held responsible for any "missed" bids or bids unseen by the auctioneer
7. In order to better serve our customers, all bidders must provide their name, address, daytime phone number, and email address where they can be contacted. This is to assure good communication between Wilson Auction & Realty Co., Ltd. and the bidder throughout any transactions.
8. The purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by the auction company in the collection of funds. The purchaser also agrees that a fee of 2% per month be added to the balance of any unpaid balance due the auction company and any other costs or losses incurred by the purchaser's failure to adhere to these terms. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Williams County, Ohio.

Buyer's Premium:
A premium equal to 18* percent of the successful bid price up to and including $50,000, and 12 percent of the successful bid price over $50,000 will be added thereto and is payable by the purchaser as part of the total purchase price.
