Having an octagonal step-cut yellow sapphire weighing 13.77 carats, flanked by six round brilliant-cut diamonds weighing approximately .30 carats. Signed Cartier. Together with a Cartier gilt decorated tooled red leather ring box.

Accompanied by a GIA Gemological Report numbered 1186992102 and dated January 12, 2018stating that the sapphire is natural, no indications of heat treatment and of Sri Lankan (Ceylon) origin.

Girdle with abrasions, few nicks to table facets, may need repolishing

Sapphire has a uniform golden yellow hue, lively cut.

No certificate accompanies the lot besides the GIA report.
