Four Irish George II-III Silver Serving Spoons and a Meat Skewer
Dublin, Second Half 18th Century
The first, a vegetable spoon, John Power, 1799, Old English pattern, having a pierced grill divider and bright-cut zig-zag edging enclosing a star above a blank oval cartouche; the second, a pair of serving spoons, John Power, 1790; the fourth, a serving spoon, 1752, Old English pattern with later scroll tip and chased handle with crown crest, also with maker's mark ID within an oval; the fifth, a meat skewer, 1791, with bright-cut zig-zag edging and maker's mark in script TO in an oval.
