The first, a vegetable spoon, John Lautier, 1776, Old English pattern with bright-cut edging enclosing a shield armorial crest with a punchwork divider; the second, a serving spoon, 1728, Old English Rat Tail pattern with engraved stag crest and with stretched maker's mark LP beneath a rampant lion; the third, a serving spoon, Peter and Ann Bateman, 1791, Old English pattern with initial W in script; the fourth, a serving fork (probably converted from a spoon), Peter and Ann Bateman, 1795, Old English pattern; the fifth, a meat skewer, William Sutton, 1792; the sixth, sugar tongs, Mary Chawner, 1838, Fiddle Thread and Shell pattern with engraved initial V; the seventh, a small serving fork, possibly John Harris IV, 1822, Fiddle pattern with engraved horse's head and crown crest and marker's mark IH.
